Vitamin E & C to Boost Hair Health
Whilst following the treatment regimen I am suggesting should certainly yield great results, you can also supplement your diet with Vitamin E & C, both of which are beneficial for the hair.
Vitamin E is thought to increase blood circulation to the scalp, improving the health of the hair, and can be found in leafy greens such as spinach, corn, seeds & nuts and olives.
Taking Vitamin C in combination with Vitamin E can also help boost the health of the hair by improving hair follicle growth. Although you can take Vitamin C supplements, Vitamin C is abundantly present in citrus fruits, & sweet peppers, making it relatively easy to maintain a daily intake.

On a different note, you can get medications to improve hair growth, but whilst those on the market currently have shown some affirmative results in promoting hair growth, once the person stops using the medicine, the results of the medicine can also start to deteriorate.
In other words, the medicine is effective (in most cases) as long as you keep using it, but it provides no long term solution, and as with all medications, there are various side effects that you may experience.
TIP | Use Natural Soaps & Shampoos
Using oil rich, natural soaps and shampoos helps to retain moisture in the hair whilst ensuring little or no chemical residue is left on the scalp or hair.
Intensive, All Natural Treatment to Improve Growth, Shine & Strength
Now, you've probably arrived at this hub because you have had some difficulties maintaining your hair the way you would like. Well, the method I am outlining here is an intensive 2 week treatment, one that should give you some clearly noticeable effects within the first few weeks of trying it.
The technique is so simple, so cheap & so effective, that most people adopt this into their beauty regimes on a weekly basis after the initial treatment phase - give it a try and let me know how well it worked for you.
1. Firstly, you have to purchase or acquire the golden product: castor oil.
2. Secondly, you have to make a commitment to wash your hair 4 times a week, atleast.
3. Now comes the application part. Apply castor oil liberally into the hair and rub well into the scalp, atleast 1 to 2 hours prior to washing your hair.
TIP:You will always get the best results if you apply the oil, and leave it in overnight.
If you can stick to doing this atleast 4 times a week for 2 weeks at the minimum, you are more than likely to see some positive results.
Its very simple, isnt it? Most people are not familiar with using Castor oil for this purpose, but this technique is extensively used in the Middle East and parts of Asia (specifically in places like Bangladesh, Pakistan & India).
I will also let you into another essential use for castor oil - one that no girl will be able to resist! Put some castor oil into an empty container. Close your eyes & using cotton wool, smooth some castor oil (a few droplets) over your eye lashes. Do this every night before you sleep for a few weeks, and you will visibly see the difference! Beautifully long & gorgeously thick eye lashes will stare back at you when you look in the mirror :)
In fact, interestingly enough, when brides to be are preparing for their engagements or weddings, they use the tip below to beautify, thicken & strengthen their eyebrows, and also to lengthen the eyelashes. The results speak for themselves...
